These terms apply to your use of this website and to service provided by Deal 4 You, LLC. By using the site or booking service, you agree to them.

Website information

The information on this site is general. Descriptions of symptoms, repairs, and typical vent temperatures are not a diagnosis of your vehicle. Your car needs to be inspected to know what is wrong with it.

Estimates

We explain the problem and give you the cost before starting a repair. No repair work is done without your approval. If we find something new during the repair that changes the price, we contact you before going further.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete and before the vehicle is released, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by calling us beforehand. If you decline a repair after the diagnosis, you pay only for diagnostic work you agreed to in advance. Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle at your approval may not be returnable. If you believe a repair did not fix the problem it was meant to fix, call us and we will inspect it. Any warranty on parts or labor is stated on your estimate or invoice.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables before service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Deal 4 You is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law, including the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
